A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
EUR 30 from 20:00 until 24:00;
EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
- Check-in time is arranged by mutual agreement between the host and the guest.
- The host typically welcomes guests in person and kindly requests to be informed in case of any delays, either through the platform or telephone. Please note: If the host is not informed of a delay in advance, a €30 fee will be applied.
- When booking for two Guests, it is assumed that one double bed will be used. If a second double bed is required, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. An additional fee of Euro 50 will apply.
- When booking for 3 or 4 persons, the second bed cost for the linens is included.
- If you need the sofabed, this must also be specified in advanc, and a charge of €50 will be applied.
